Comment: My Experience with ItemClinic, Seoul Korea
As with most plastic surgeries, my main concern was developing complication after surgery. My next most important concern is reliability and professional follow-through post-surgery. Since, I am approximately 4,500 km away from Seoul, I need to feel safe with someone who ‘really’ cares and addresses any medical concern I may develop after surgery.
Recently, I have done plastic surgery on my face. My experience with ItemClinic and its supporting staff are both assuring and professional.
Throughout my surgical procedure at ItemClinic in Seoul, I was well cared for by Angie and Evelyn, staff on-site at the clinic. Both Dr. Kim, and Dr. Chung took good care of me throughout my surgical procedure. They were so reassuring, and they addressed all my concerns. Their plastic surgery expertise is excellent in this field. They offer the finest in surgical precision and recovery with little to no pain. I have a low threshold for pain.
My next most important concern was about flying after surgery. Like most patients, I was worried that airplane pressurization and turbulence might affect my incision areas. Well, I flew back on day 12 after surgery with no problems, and I am sure that this is the good work of my surgeons.
On the home front, ItemClinic representatives in Singapore were caring and professional. Both Tracy and Elaine kept in touch with me throughout my journey of “metamorphosis.” They helped organized my trip and hotel accommodation.
Elaine even helped me went shopping in Korea to purchase my much-needed humidifier, as the air was too dry for my post-surgery recovery in the hotel. She called me regularly to ensure I was coping well while in Korea. Tracy even replied to my text messages when she was overseas. They understood these are patients’ pains, and they attended to them quickly.
These are the assurances I enjoyed when it comes to plastic surgery when I am 4,500 km away from the clinic.
I am into my 3rd week of recovery with a stuffy nose block. Tracy springs right into action and is seeking assistance from the surgeons on ways I could minimize discomfort and expedite recovery.
